Do you have a minimum order?
No. There are no minimums on screen printing or embroidery. Whether you need one shirt or several hundred, we are happy to help.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready in 7 to 10 business days.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Let us know your deadline when you request a quote and we will tell you what is possible.

Apparel & Artwork
Do you supply the apparel?
Yes. Most of the time we order everything for you, from T-shirts and hoodies to polos, jackets, hats, bags and more, and help you choose the styles, colors and sizes that fit your group and budget.
Can I bring in my own shirts to be printed?
Yes. We can print on shirts you bring in, though most customers have us order their items for them.
Do I need artwork ready?
No. We help with artwork and design for free. Send us your logo, a sketch or just an idea and we will get it ready.
Should I choose embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery is a great fit for hats, polos and jackets with a professional look. Screen printing works best for T-shirts, hoodies and bold, colorful designs. Not sure? Ask us and we will help you decide.
Payment & Pickup
When do I pay?
Payment is due when your order is completed. We accept cash and checks, or you can pay by card through the online invoice we send you.
How do I get my order?
Pick it up at our shop at 206 Old Harrods Creek Road, Suite 4, Louisville, KY 40223, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. We also offer local delivery.

Yes. We set up online stores so schools, teams, businesses and groups can collect sizes, orders and payments from everyone in one place.

Yes. We help find branded giveaways that fit your budget and match your apparel.
